Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of QueryAI (the “Service”), operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC, 2010 El Camino Real #2000, Santa Clara, CA 95050. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to these Terms.

The Service

QueryAI turns plain-English questions into SQL and runs them against your own uploaded CSV data. Output is provided as-is; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly per the plan shown on Pricing. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, no proration.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
