Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective September 11, 2026

QueryAI subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@eliteagenticsolutions.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no proration for partial periods.

First-charge refund window

If you are unhappy in the first 7 days after your first charge on a plan, email support@eliteagenticsolutions.com and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. This 7-day window applies once per customer per plan.

Renewals

Renewal charges after the first 7 days are not eligible for this automatic refund; cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
